CREDIT CARD Payment Terms
Effective date: 15/09/2026
Version: v1.0
These terms explain how PROPELR PTY LTD, ABN 16 698 157 970, trading as Propelr (“we”, “us” or “our”), saves and charges your payment card for our services & products using a credit card entered and saved by you into our system.
1. Your authorisation
By accepting these terms and completing card setup, you authorise us to save your payment method through Stripe and charge it for campaigns ordered or authorised by you or authorised users of your office’s Propelr account.
You confirm that you are authorised to use the card and, where applicable, accept these terms on behalf of the business responsible for the account. You authorise us to use the saved credit card to process payment automatically for digital marketing campaigns launched by us on your behalf.
2. Charge amounts and timing
Each campaign is charged separately after its advertising has been activated. Payment may be processed while you are not signed in or actively using Propelr, without requiring you to enter your card details again.
The amount charged is the agreed price for that campaign, including any applicable taxes and agreed adjustments, less applicable discounts or credits. The price and currency will be disclosed before the campaign is authorised.
Amounts may vary between campaigns. Charges occur according to the campaigns you authorise, rather than on a fixed billing schedule. Saving a card does not itself purchase a campaign or create a subscription.
We will not use this authorisation to charge for unrelated services or unapproved additional amounts.
3. Card storage and payment processing
Stripe processes payments and stores your card details. We retain payment references and limited card information, such as the card brand, expiry date and last four digits, to manage your billing.
Information about how we handle personal information is available in our Privacy Policy.
4. Invoices and payment issues
We will provide an invoice for your campaign and confirmation when payment has been recorded.
If a payment fails or its outcome is uncertain, we may check its status and retry collection of the outstanding amount. We will not knowingly collect the same campaign amount twice.
Your bank may require additional authentication. If this happens, we may ask you to complete payment through a secure link or provide an alternative payment method.
A failed payment does not remove your obligation to pay a valid outstanding campaign invoice.
5. Updating your card or withdrawing authorisation
Contact sales@propelr.digital to update your payment method or withdraw your authorisation for future card charges.
Once we receive your withdrawal, we will stop initiating new charges under this authorisation. A payment already submitted for processing may still complete.
Withdrawing card authorisation does not cancel a campaign or remove an amount otherwise payable. We will arrange an alternative payment method for any valid outstanding balance.
6. Campaign cancellation, refunds and disputes
To request cancellation of a campaign, a refund or a review of a charge, contact hello@propelr.digital with your campaign or invoice details.
Any cancellation charges must be consistent with the campaign terms agreed before purchase and applicable law. We will assess refund requests against those terms, the services supplied and your legal rights.
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
You may also raise a payment dispute with your card issuer.
7. Changes to these terms
We will notify you of material changes before applying them to future payments and obtain fresh consent where required. Changes will not retrospectively authorise additional charges for an existing campaign.
